Chordia Food Products Ltd has informed that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 01, 2007, have passed the following Resolutions unanimously:1. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 4/- Crs. to Rs 5.50 Crs., and consequential alteration in the Capital Clauses of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.2. Issue of 24,00,000 Convertible Warrants at a Issue Price of Rs 57/- per Warrant aggregating to Rs 13,68,00,000/- with an option to subscribe for one Equity Share of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 47/- per Equity Share per Warrant.
