With reference to the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by the Board on October 30, 2007, Cambridge Solutions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2007, has approved the following amendment in the scheme of Merger:
- Merger of Cambridge Integrated Services India Pvt Ltd with Cambridge Solutions Ltd, instead of the de-merger of the ITES Undertaking of Cambridge Integrated Services India Pvt Ltd to Cambridge Solutions Ltd.
All the other clauses in the scheme remain same as approved by the Board on October 30, 2007.
