Tamilnadu Steel Tubes Ltd has informed that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors Report, Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended that date and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sri. Lakshmi Narasimha Rao and Sri. Vikram Singh as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Kumbhat & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company who hold office till the conclusion of this Meeting, on a remuneration terms and conditions.
