Shree Vindhya Paper Mills Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record following:
1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2007.
2. Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending September 2007.
3. Proposal for increase in authorized share capital of the Company.
4. Proposal for further issue of share capital / warrants / fully convertible debentures / non-convertible debentures etc. on preferential or on right basis or further issue.
