Raghunath Tobacco Company Ltd has informed that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following:
1. Adoption of Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Report of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Rajesh Agrawal & Shri. Sailesh Kumar Gupta as Directors under Section 256 of the Companies Act, 1956.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Kumar Piyush & Co. as the Statutory Auditors for the year 2007-2008.
4. Resolution under Section 269 and other relevant provisions of Companies Act for Appointment of Shri. Brejesh Katiyar as a Whole-time Director.
