Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2007 has allotted 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- on preferential basis to the promoters / promoters group pursuant to conversion of Warrants.
