Damodar Threads - Outcome of Board Meeting

Damodar Threads Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has considered and passed the following resolution:

In suppression of earlier resolution passed by the Board regarding further issue of capital through right basis wef the date January 16, 2007 of passing of this resolution by the Board be and is hereby accorded to change in the proportion of ratio of issue of further share capital by way of Right Basis from the ratio of 1 (One) New Equity Share for every 1 (One) Equity Shares held on the said Record Date to the ratio of 8 (Eight) New Equity Share for every 5 (Five) Equity Shares held on the said Record Date.
