Resignation of Mr. K M Sheth as Chairman and Director of the Company with effect from July 03, 2007.2. Resignation of Mr. Tapas Icot as Director of the Company with effect from July 03, 2007.3. Appointment of Mr. Sevantilal J Parekh as Chairman of the Company for a period of five years.4. Re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kantilal Sheth as Managing Director retrospectively with effect from April 01, 2007 for a period of five years.
