Subuthi Finance - Outcome of Board Meeting

Subuthi Finance Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. Mr. S V K Rajadurai was appointed as an Additional Director under Sec. 260 of the Companies Act, 1956.2. A decision was taken to pay remuneration to Mr. A Raja Sukumar, Director, with effect from June 2007, subject to the approval of the shareholders and other statutory consent required, if any.3. It was decided to hold the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2007.
