Sri Adhikari Brothers - Outcome of Board Meeting

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has allocated 1.50% foreign currency convertible bonds aggregating USD 2 million as a part exercise of the option of over-allotment of USD 3 million.
