Span Diagnostics - Outcome of EGM

Span Diagnostics Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 08, 2007, have approved the issue of 1,49,900 Convertible Share Warrants to be converted into shares at the price not less than Rs 47.88 per share to promoters on preferential basis.Further the Company has informed that, in the aforesaid general meeting Mrs. Sujata V Desai has been appointed as Chief Operation Office of the Company subject to necessary central Government approvals.
