Sangam India - Outcome Of EGM

Sangam India Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 31, 2007, have approved the special resolution for issue of upto 50,00,000 warrants exercisable in one or more tranches and having a currency period of 18 months, and each warrant providing the holder the option to subscribe to one fully paid up equity share for every warrant to promoters and / or others on preferential basis as per the details given in the Notice of above said EGM, subject to prescribed guidelines issued by SEBI in this respect.
