Saksoft - Outcome Of Compensation Committee Meeting

Saksoft Ltd has informed that pursuant to approval of shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 03, 2006, the Compensation committee at its meeting held on June 26, 2007 has approved issue of 240,000 options under Employee Stock Option plan as per the following terms.- Grant Date : June 26, 2007- Grant Price : Rs 220.50 (being the closing price at NSE on June 25, 2007)- No. of options approved to Employees / directors of the Company and its subsidiaries: 240,000- No. of employees / directors to whom Options were granted as above : 6- Vesting Period : Over a period of 4 years, beginning from expiry of 1 year from the date of grant - Vesting Date : (i) 60000 options on June 26, 2008(ii) 60000 options on June 26, 2009(iii) 60000 options on June 26, 2010(iv) 60000 options on June 26, 2011.
