Saint Gobain Sekurit India Ltd has informed that the shareholders at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions unanimously.1. Adoption of Directors Report, the Auditors Report and the audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2006.2. Re-appointment of Mr. M G Ramakrishna as Director of the Company.3. Appointment of M/s. Pricewater House as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period starting from conclusion of 34th Annual General Meeting and ending on the conclusion of 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company, in lieu of M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Chartered Accountants who were the retiring auditors. M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry had expressed an inability to continue as Auditors of the Company.4. Appointment of Mr. Padmanabha Shetty & Dr. Sreeram Srinivasan as Director of the Company.
