Netlink Solutions India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. Approved alteration of the memorandum of association through postal ballot by removing one clause from the Main Objects Clause and inserting the same in the Other Objects Clause.2. Authorized Mr. Minesh Modi, Whole Time Director to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be deemed necessary to finalise and send the postal ballot notice to the eligible shareholders including the appointment of scrutinizer(s) for the purpose and do all matters incidental thereto.
