MH Mills - Outcome of Board Meeting

MH Mills & Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has decided to call the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on July 12, 2007, to transact the following business:1. To increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.2. To issue up to (Not more than) 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each amounting to Rs 5 crores to the Promoters / Promoters Group and / or such other investor/s on Preferential basis.
