Kasat Paper & Pulp Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Mr. Ramesh Chaudhary is appointed as the Chairman of the Company.2. Mr. Sandeep Kanoria is appointed as the Managing Director of the Company.3.
