Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the proposal of Allotment of equity shares on Preferential Basis to Promoters, Strategic Investors, High Networth Individuals etc. with a view to raise funds to meet capital expenditure towards acquisition / merger of new / emerging technology Companies.The Board will also consider and decide the notice, the date, time and place to convene the Extra Ordinary General meeting.
