JCT Electronics - Outcome Of EGM

JCT Electronics Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 15, 2007, have unanimously approved the following:1. Modification in the Memorandum of Association of the Company by substituting the new Clause V for the existing Clause V regarding reclassification of the authorized share capital of the Company.2. Modification in the Articles of Association of the Company by substituting the new Article 5 for the existing Clause V regarding reclassification of the authorized share capital of the Company.
