INOX Leisure - Outcome of Board Meeting

INOX Leisure Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2007, has appointed Mr. Alok Tandon, Chief Operating Officer as a Manager pursuant to Section 269 of the Companies Act 1956 with immediate effect.
