Indian Hotels - Outcome of Board Meeting

Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, subject to receiving all the applicable approvals decided to peg the limit of Foreign Institutional Investors to thirty percent (30%) of the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
