Era Constructions - Outcome of Board Meeting

Era Constructions India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2007, has allotted 55,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis, at a price of Rs 425/- per warrant carrying a right to subscribe to equal no of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each in a Company on conversion with in a period of 18 months from the date of allotment.
