ECE Industries - Outcome of AGM

ECE Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit and Loss account for the period ended on that date and Directors & Auditors Report thereon.2. Declaration of dividend @ Rs 2.50 per share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up for the year ended on March 31, 2007.3. Re-appointment of Sh. O P Khaitan and Sh. O P Soni, as directors of the Company.4. Re-appointment of M/s. S R Batliboi & Company, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.5. Appointment of Sh. Prakash Kumar Mohta as a Director of the Company.
