Dish TV - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Dish TV India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has approved issue of Stock Options to employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
