Dhunseri Tea - Outcome of Board Meeting

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, the following changes were approved by the Board:1. Sri. Subhash Bagaria an Independent Director of the Company resigned from the Board.2. Sri. Ashok Kumar Lohia was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Sri. Subhash Bagaria.
