BSL - Outcome of Board Meeting

BSL Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007 has re-appointed Shri. A K Churiwal as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2007 for further period of Five years, whose term is expiring on August 31, 2007 and also re-appointed Shri. Nivedan Churiwal as Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. July 26, 2007 for further period of Five years, whose term is expiring on July 25, 2007.
