Autolite India Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company for authorizing the issuance of Warrants convertible into equity shares at the later date.2. To issue shares on preferential basis to the body corporate under the promoters group.3. To issue warrants convertible into equity shares at a later date to body corporate under the promoters group.4. To grant permission to the Board of Directors for the disposal of Non-performing Assets of the Company.
