Abhishek Mills - Change in Directorate

Abhishek Mills Ltd has informed that Mr. Suresh G Vaidya, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from Directorship vide its letter dt. June 04, 2007 (Resignation Letter received by the Company on June 12, 2007). He has ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. June 12, 2007.Further, the Company has informed that, Mr. Abhishek Mohite, Director of the Company has been now appointed and designated as a Director (Marketing & Strategy) w.e.f. June 12, 2007
