United Breweries Holdings Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 21, 2007, have re-appointed Mr. R N Pillai as Managing Director of the Company for a period of Three years with effect from March 18, 2007 without remuneration.
