OCL India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

OCL India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2007, has approved merger of Dalmia Cement (Meghalaya) Ltd with the Company within the scheme of reorganization of its business which have already been approved by the Board.
