The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon were adopted.2. Dividend of Rupees 1.20 per equity share was declared on 1,70,19,100 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.3.
