NEPC India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2007, inter alia has transacted the following :1. To review the status of NEPC Solar Power House launch:The Board noted the successful launch of NEPC Solar Power House machines in North India:- At Delhi on February 16, 2007- At Jodhpur on February 22, 2007- At Bhopal on March 12, 2007The response from the market is encouraging and the Company hopes to achieve substantial business turnover during the current year. The Company also plans to launch the new product in Punjab, Haryana and other places shortly to cover sales and marketing in the whole of India.Further, the Company has informed that, the Board unanimously resolved and adjourned the Boards meeting to May 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and transact the left over agenda which are as follows:
