Mirc Electronics - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2007 has Re-designated Mr. Vijay J Mansukhani, Wholetime Director as Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect. Rest of the terms of his appointment remain the same as approved by the members in the Extra ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 15, 2003. The aforesaid appointment shall be subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting the Company.
