Milestone Global - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Milestone Global Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2007, inter alia, has considered the following:1. Mr. Deepak Agarwal has been appointed as additional director, who shall hold office upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting or his resignation whichever is earlier.2. The remuneration payable to Ms. Alka Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been enhanced to Rs 2 lakhs per month subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the prior approval of the Central Government.
