Kotawala India - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Kotawala India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2007, for the purpose of considering the proposal of acquisition of hotel property at Goa or any other city in India. However, the meeting was inconclusive and no decision was arrived at the said meeting.
