Gujarat Gas - Outcome Of AGM

Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, have approved sub-division of the equity shares from the present nominal value of Rs 10/- per equity shear to Rs 2/- per equity share.
