Geodesic Information - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2007 has allotted 3,06,296 equity shares of Rs 2/- each fully to shareholders of Chandamama India Ltd on preferential basis.Consequently, with effect from May 07, 2007, the issued, subscribed and paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 12,12,84,898/- divided into 6,06,42,449 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.
