Gabriel India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:- The Company had declared a total of 70% by way of Interim Dividend. The Board of Directors has not recommended any further dividend ant therefore the total dividend for the year is 70% (Previous Year 70%).
