Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2007, has transacted the following:1. Approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd with the Company, with effective date April 01, 2007 at a share exchange ratio of 54 equity shares of Rs 10/- each in the Company for every 100 equity shares of Rs 10/- each held in Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd.2. Fixed an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 14, 2007 for obtaining the approval of the members for the amalgamation of Suryavanshi Textiles Ltd with the Company.
