Brushman India - Outcome of Board Meeting

Brushman India Ltd has informed the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, to evaluate various fund raising options. After deliberations, it was decided that the offers should also be evaluated by and discussed with the Companys auditors and / or legal counsel before taking any final decision in this regard. Accordingly, it was decided to convene a fresh Board Meeting at a suitable future date to take a final decision in the matter.
