AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd has informed that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at December 31, 2006 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Notes annexed thereto and the Report of the Directors and the Auditors attached thereto.2. Re-appointment of Mr. K S Shah and Mr. Bhasker Iyer as Directors of the Company.3. Appointment of M/s. BSR & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company, to hold office Meeting till he conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.4. Appointment of Mr. Ian Brimicombe as a Director of the Company.
