Anant Raj Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the issue and allotment, on preferential basis, upto 55,60,222 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 1219.51 per shares.
