Amtek India - Outcome Of Allotment Committee Meeting

Amtek India Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, has allotted 255,935 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCBs of USD 0.70 million.
