Amtek Auto - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Amtek Auto Ltd has informed that it has been decided the Board of Directors to nominate and promote Mr. D S Malik, joint managing director as Managing Director of the Company, who will be the in charge of day to day affairs of the Company. This is to give more executive powers to professional management down the line.However Mr. Arvind Dham, will continue to look after the Broad issues concerning strategic planning, policy matters and growth in the capacity of Chairman of the Board of Director.The above changes have been taken on records in the Meeting of the Board held on April 30, 2007 and will be effective from the same day i.e. April 30, 2007.
