Valuemart Info Technologies Ltd has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on May 07, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:1. To appoint Mr. V Sreenivasan, Chartered Accountant as Auditor of the Company for the year 2006-07 to fill casual vacancy caused by resignation of M/s. AAGJ & Co., Chartered Accountants, to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions.2.
