Uniproducts India Ltd has informed that the Rights Issue committee of the Company, who was authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 05, 2007 to finalise the basis of allotment, held a meeting on April 20, 2007. The decisions and the outcome of the said meeting are as follows:1. The Rights Issue committee has approved the Basis of allotment as approved by Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
