Sumeet Industries - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Sumeet Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 13, 2007 has decided to make Preferential Allotment 9,17,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a Premium of Rs 20/- per shares to following Companies namely 6,67,000 Equity Shares to M/s. Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd and 2,50,000 Equity Shares to M/s. Vishvas Infrastructure Ltd.
