Strides Arcolab - Outcome Of Remuneration Committee Meeting

Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed that the Remuneration committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2007 has granted 2,00,000 options under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2006 at Rs 297.70 per option (exercise price), to few Eligible Employees of the Company. The shares convered by such options are 2,00,000 equity shares.The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of four years. the options may be exercised within a period of 30 days from the date of vesting.
