South East Asia Marine Engineering & Construction Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on April 18, 2007, have transacted the following:1. Mr. Georges Michel has been appointed as a Director of the Company in place of Cmde P C B Nair who retired by rotation and did not offer himself for re-appointment.2. Mrs. Bhavna Doshi has been appointed as a Director of the Company in place of Mr. D J Balaji Rao who retired by rotation and did not offer himself for re appointment.
