Precision Containeurs Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 30, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. The Shareholders gave their mandate for making a Preferential Allotment to:(i) IDBI i.e. Stressed Assets Stabilizers Fund2. The Board composes of Mr. Jayesh V Valia, Mr. S K Kittur, Mr. Ajay Jani and Mr. Babulal Bansilal Jain.All other business transactions to be transacted as per the Notice, has been transacted.
